Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.
WHAT IS A ZUMBA FITNESS® CLASS LIKE?
A Zumba class should be 70% of Latin and International music and rhythms. 30% of the class can be whatever the instructor wants to add, whether it be Hip/Hop more Reggaeton, or Swing.
You will also find that the classes are the same as the day or week before. This way the participant can learn the moves easier with repetition. After a 3-6 weeks the instructor will then switch out a song for a new one.
